LIFE | Exercise

A few days ago I posted something about the fact that one hour of exercise only used about 4% of your day.  Have you taken that into account when you make excuses about not having enough time to work out?  Well, since then I have been actively doing my best to get in shape; physically, mentally and spiritually.

I wanted to take a moment to share my workout with you this morning.  If you start with 1 set it’s only 4 minutes.  Do three and that’s 12 minutes of your day.  I prefer to do it in the morning so there is no excuse for not fitting it in.
