This is something I have to admit I’m guilty of. There was a time in my life when I used to be at the gym or doing some form of exercise twice a day 5 days a week. The last year has seen my commitment to exercise fall and I’m certain my health is suffering as a result. I have used the excuse of not having time when it comes to exercise. But when I sit down and analyze it the truth is, I allowed myself to get lazy.
Many people use the excuse of time to not exercise. For those who use that as an excuse, knowing that it only takes 4% of your day to exercise should be a motivator. With a small portion of your day set aside for moving your body, you are bound to feel the benefits within a few weeks.
I finally got myself in gear this week and made the commitment to move my body with some form of exercise at least 5 days a week. I’m using the website www.bodyrock.tv to do some exercise at home to get myself started. It’s a great website with so many options to choose from depending on what results you want.
It’s never too late to get started. Today promise yourself that you will make no excuses but make a plan to exercise.
