Accra, Ghana has quickly become a destination for travellers looking for new experiences in West Africa. The tourism sector continues to grow year after year. Especially since 2019 when the country had its landmark Year of Return Ghana 2019 campaign.
Each year there seems to be more hotels and AirBnB accommodations popping up to serve the needs of visitors to the country.
Château Nana Willine opened a few years ago just as the country was bouncing back from the global pandemic having affected the travel and tourism industry.
The hotel offers a unique boutique experience that blends culture and contemporary style. Enjoy a dining experience that combines soul food with the flavorful cuisine of Ghana.
Whether you’re a traveller visiting Ghana or live here and seeking a staycation that helps you relax and reset, this is a great place to be.

When I arrived, I received a warm welcome from the team with a local beverage made from hibiscus and pineapple called Sobolo. I was shown one of the rooms that were beautifully decorated with handwoven textiles, artwork and subtle details that were not only modern but unapologetically African.
I took the opportunity to take a dip in the pool, relax in the quiet mini-beach garden area and have a deep tissue massage. This is one of those experiences that spark joy and help rejuvenate you after a long week.
I love fish so when I looked at the menu it was an easy choice for me. I had the pan-seared grouper with seafood sauce topped with a delicious fresh mango salsa.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Accra, or a relaxing day experience, Château Nana Willine is a place to go.
