Grow through Dirt

We all know the beauty of a flower. The colour, vibrancy and its unique fragrance.  We don’t often think about what it took for the flower to become the beauty that it is when it’s in full bloom.

It took a seed, fertilizing, water, sunshine and sometimes the change of seasons to reach its full potential. Through it all that flower had roots that had to be planted in the dirt. Through time, growth and development the flower pushed through the darkness of the dirt until it finally broke ground and found the sunlight.  Even then it still needs more time to absorb the light, drink water and then bloom into what it was meant to become.

Remember that life is much like that. We must learn to bloom where we are planted and always find a way even in the grime and dirt.
