Finding your voice can be very difficult for some people.

Sometimes we are afraid to speak up in certain situations.  Especially in working environments.  We spend most of our adult lives at work so it’s important that you learn how to vocalize something when it’s needed.  As an employee of any company your opinion is valid and so you should never feel intimidated to use your voice to express your thoughts and ideas.

There are many factors as to why people are often quiet at work.  Perhaps you feel intimidated or afraid that your ideas won’t be taken seriously.  It’s very natural to feel that way but you also have to gain the confidence to know that your opinion does matter.
