Sometimes when we get started on something we are filled with such energy, vigor and excitement. We’re full of passion and are motivated to do the things necessary to achieve the end goal. But the daily things in life can sometimes hinder what we’re working towards. It can make us tired and even lose focus. That’s the beginning of lost motivation.
If you are feeling that way today remember to go back to what your goal was. If you’re doing things the prosperous way, you’ve written down your goal. Then you can go back and look at it and refresh your mind about what it is you are doing.
If you’re feeling weary then take a moment to relax; pray, meditate, focus. Once you do that you’ll find some balance and feel refreshed and ready to start again. If you need to re-evaluate the goals use this time to do that also.
Staying motivated is not easy. But giving up is not the solution either. Keep pressing forward and surround yourself with people who will encourage you to stay motivated.
