Tom Ford became famous for the way he helped turn around the Gucci label.  His designs brought life back into a brand that was slowly fading.   Since he left the label he has ventured into menswear, accessories, film and women’s wear.

This season his collection for ladies is very retro with a bit of glam.  He is usually quite secretive about showing photos of his collection before it’s officially released.  But this time pictures were available online just weeks after he did a private showing of the collection.

It seems like this season is full of retro-inspired clothing.  Everyone from Marc Jacobs to Louis Vuitton has items that take us back to the fifties or sixties.
