Mimi Plange is a Ghanaian born designer based in New York. Her designs have been worn by celebrities such as Michelle Obama and Rosario Dawson, and she has been featured in New York Magazine and Vogue. In 2012 she was named International Designer of the Year at the inagural Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Africa in South Africa.
