So last week New York Fashion Week wrapped up and there were some definite trends we’ll be seeing next fall/winter.  I know, it’s cold outside and you don’t even want to think that far ahead.  I hear you on that.  I’m looking forward to spring.  But in the fashion world it’s all about fall runways right now.

Black and white continues to be a strong force for combinations designers are choosing.  It’s classy, simple yet very stylish.  With emerald declared the colour of the year by Pantone, it was no surprise that the hue turned up in some collections.  There was also purple and plenty of metallics.
