Start each day by feeding your mind with positive things. Just as we feed our bodies with nourishment, it’s equally important we do that with our minds. When we fill it with negativity all it will do is bring you down. We accomplish what we focus our minds on. Think about those days you wake up and feel like crap. You tell yourself, “This is going to be a lousy day!” Then what happens? You actually end up having a lousy day. Because you mind is already setting itself up to expect the worst. There could be small things that wouldn’t even be that bad but because you’ve convinced yourself “it’s a lousy day” that’s exactly what you are getting.
Feed your mind with something good to start your day. Whether it’s a positive quote, a daily devotional, meditation or prayer time. Start positive and your day will be so much better.
